People come into our life so unexpectedly sometimes, you just know they were placed there for a reason. In this case, this beautiful family has taught me so much about finding strength within those who are closest to you, making the most out of every moment-even the hard ones, and having enough faith to just keep going!
I loved every moment capturing these sweet siblings and their mom and dad!
This little girl has the ability to turn you into mush the minute you lay eyes on her. I had the pleasure of spending the entire weekend with my sweet cousin and her beautiful family, capturing every moment of her turning one!
We LOVE because He first LOVED us.
-1 John 4:19
When you love what you have, you have everything you need.
Sydney is such a special girl.
She loves all things vintage. So when she showed up with a couple of old suitcases, a phone, an amazing camera that she had found at some local vintage stores, and her best friend-I knew we were going to have some fun!
I loved capturing her unique and beautiful personality in a place she felt comfortable. I can't wait to hear of the amazing things that God will do with her in the future!
I have been lucky enough to photograph this cutie when he was just a bump in his mama's belly and then when he was just a few days old. Now he is getting ready to celebrate his first birthday and he couldn't be more perfect!
Happy Birthday little man. God has many incredible things planned for your life!!
It was a beautiful December afternoon for a wedding that ended in the most magical rain shower. The bride handled the wet surprise with grace and embraced the moment just enjoying her new husband!
It was an honor to witness the joining of these two hearts in front of God and their family and friends.
To know them, is to love them. This family is a true treasure. I always feel inspired after spending just a few hours with them. Like, I want to go change the world!
Do something nice for someone.
Go hug a complete stranger.
Plant some trees.
Adopt a puppy.
OK. I'm being silly, but seriously, this family is amazing!! Their love for the Lord and for each other radiates in all that they do.
I love, love meeting new families!! I go in with having no preconceived notion of who they are or who I think they are, and I just get to know them by watching how they interact and be with one another.
I met the Sullivan's on a gloomy and cold January day in my hometown. I already had all kinds of emotions going through me as I walked on familiar ground from so many years ago. Memories of my childhood running through my mind. From when I was just 5 years old, standing in my bathing suit, cooling off with Hawaiian shaved ice to the night I graduated from high school and spent the whole night under the London Bridge celebrating with friends.
The Sullivans were just icing on the cake to this amazing day. I couldn't get over how much love was shared between mom and dad and their girls.
Believe you can and you're half way there.
If you are alone, I'll be your shadow.
If you want to cry, I'll be your shoulder.
If you are not happy, I'll be your smile.
If you need me, I'll always be there.
What can you do to promote world peace?
Go home and love your family.
If you are lucky enough to make a friend who you can love and trust, you are a very wealthy person. But if you are lucky enough to make a friend that you have walked more than half your life with, have enough memories to fill an entire book, and have had a front row seat to watching each others family grow-you are the richest person in the world.
Love you sweet friend.
She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.
On the day you were born....
The Angels clapped their hands and
The Moon danced with the Stars
Getting ready for the arrival of your first baby is one of the most beautiful things you go through as a young married couple. I loved being able to freeze time for these two!
Just look at that gorgeous baby bump!!
